Digital Art Preview gives a shop's buyers a preview of designs on the product they're buying, and gives the shop's owner a dashboard that routes paid orders to production. Using the service means you agree to these terms.
Production and shipping are performed by Printify and its print providers, not by us. Delivery timelines and print-quality issues are handled through support and under Printify's policies. We pass orders and tracking between the shop and production.
Where a subscription applies, billing runs through Stripe on the plan agreed with you. Printify production costs and Etsy's own fees are separate and charged by them.
Previews are provided as-is and are visual approximations: colors and framing on a screen will not match a printed piece exactly. Final prints are prepared at print resolution, independently of the on-screen preview.
Don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a third-party service it depends on (Etsy, Printify, or hosting) will always be available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or if we stop offering the service. In that case we'll give sellers reasonable notice to export what they need.
We'll update the effective date above when these terms change, and tell sellers by email when a change is material.
