Who we are

Digital Art Preview is a tool that lets art buyers preview designs on the product they're buying, and routes sellers' orders to production. You can reach us at privacy@digitalartpreview.com.

What we collect

Sellers

• Account email and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
• Shop configuration: products, sizes, design library settings, and listing links.
• Tokens for the services you connect (Etsy, Printify, Google Drive), stored encrypted.

Buyers

The order details our sellers' shops receive from Etsy or their own website: name, shipping address, the design and personalization chosen, and an email address when one is provided. We use these only to produce and ship the order.

Preview visitors

No accounts and no tracking cookies. You can use a preview link without giving us anything.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, show order status, and pass tracking updates back to the shop. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Printify - to print and ship orders.
• Etsy - via its API, to read order data and send shipping updates.
• Railway and Supabase - hosting and database infrastructure.
• Stripe - seller billing only.

Buyers' payment details never touch us. Purchases happen on Etsy, and card information stays with Etsy and its payment processors.

Cookies

One session cookie, set only when a seller signs in, so the dashboard knows who you are. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept so sellers have their business records. If you want data deleted, email privacy@digitalartpreview.com and we'll handle it, subject to records a seller is required to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and notify sellers by email.
